![]() Honestly sounds to me like you never ran into these enemies as a Kheldian yourself before. Nice that you are psychic and know how other people play. I play a warshade knowing that no matter what I do, someone on my team will be making me redundant at it - even before the Quant shows up and oneshots me. It's not a bad assumption, it's stating facts. CC? Oh please, a blaster does that better. Tank? Lobster form is flatly inferior to brutes, nevermind tankers. DPS? They have one of the lowest damage caps in the game. Kheldians do a lot of things, but there's nothing they do that another AT doesn't do better (and without the detriment of AT-hunter spawns). They call out the one negative and ignore all the good things that the AT brings And the poster you quoted is making the bad assumption that the only thing a Kheldian brings to a team is Quantum’s. I would absolutely invite them! But I'm not nearly as whiny and pissy when things go sideways as I've noticed some people are. If I do end up dipping into power pools, it would most likely be Speed for Hasten.Would you bring tankers along if doing so spawned enemies that ignore defense/resistance? Would you bring a controller if they had a "control-hunter" enemy type that shielded their spawn from debuffs and CC? No, you wouldn't, because as soon as one of those anti-AT mobs showed up your new teammate would be actively detrimental to the group. My current plan is to skip out on Shadow Bolt and either Dark Detonation or Drain Essence. I imagine with a decent sized team I'll be able to run forever off of the bodies. As of level 22, I have minimal endurance problems when soloing thanks to my 14% recovery bonus from IOs and Stygian Circle. ![]() I actually plan on picking up Penumbral shield before 30 to deal with the demons that the Circle starts spawning around those levels too.įrom what I've experienced I won't need need Fitness. That means Clocks, Freaks, Lots of Crey, Arachnos, Cabal, about 1/2 the CoTs, Rikti, and probably some I can't think of right now can barely hurt me. The energy resist, on top of my inherent energy resist means things that do energy damage are pretty harmless. The amount of Fire/Cold/Toxic damage is not very noticable, especially not yet. Level 20: Black Dwarf Antagonize - Acc(A)Īlso, I've found Twilight Shield to be quite useful and have had very little desire to have Penumbral Shield. Level 6: Dark Nova Detonation - Posi- Dmg/Rchg :25(A), Posi- Dmg/Rng :25(9), Acc(11) Level 6: Dark Nova Emanation - Posi- Dmg/Rchg :25(A), Posi- Dmg/Rng :25(9), Acc(11) Level 22: Stygian Circle - H'zdH- EndRdx/Rchg :25(A) Level 20: Black Dwarf - ImpArm- ResDam/EndRdx/Rchg :25(A), ImpArm- ResDam/EndRdx :25(21), EndMod(21) Level 16: Twilight Shield - ImpArm- ResDam/EndRdx :25(A), ImpArm- ResDam/EndRdx/Rchg :25(17), ResDam(17) Level 12: Sunless Mire - RechRdx(A), RechRdx(13), Acc(13) Level 6: Dark Nova - ToHit(A), ToHit(7), EndMod(7) Level 2: Gravity Shield - ImpArm- ResDam/EndRdx/Rchg :25(A), ImpArm- ResDam/EndRdx :25(5), ResDam(5) Level 1: Absorption - S'fstPrt- ResKB :25(A) Level 1: Ebon Eye - Dmg(A), Dmg(3), Acc(3) I use nova form for AOE damage, dwarf form for tanking, and human form for utility The only things to keep in mind are I don't plan on taking any non-warshade powers and I plan on having all 3 forms. With the first respec trial just around the corner, I figured I'd post my build here for you guys to see if you guys had any comments on it. The only real hiccup i had was at 22 when I started feeling the burn of no stamina, but some IO slotting and that straightened itself out nicely. I've been playing my Warshade quite a bit lately and for the most part have been enjoying it a lot.
